Event safety is of great importance and any disruptions will affect the consumers overall experience. GS3 aims at ensuring interruptions are avoided by assigning the correct amount of officers within the given premises.

We also allocate set tasks to each individual together employee a supervisor to overlook all operational activities. Guards are put through physical scenario training on a monthly basis and include “what if” type scenarios, hence assessing guard’s response time and competency.

Our trainer has held previous state and federal positions and has been exposed to numerous scenarios, particularly within event and crowd control environments, hence transfers his knowledge to guards via training.

Our event-based security personnel:

• Undergo unique training programs devised in accordance to site specifications
• Undergo site specific risk assessment and quality assurance tests
• Provide live feedback to management in regards to KPI’s through our CRM system
